Spatial Planning
This is how we start our design process, through Spatial planning, where movement, light, and purpose quietly find their rhythm. Through thoughtful furniture layouts, each space is shaped to feel intuitive, balanced, and alive.
We offer two to three floor plan variations, allowing the space to unfold in different ways, so clients can choose the rhythm that feels most like their own.
Mood Boards
The first whispers of a space yet to exist - textures, tones,
materials and emotions gathered into a visual story.
They set the mood, guiding the design with feeling before form takes shape. In this phase, we listen closely ,uncovering your likes, dislikes, and subtle preferences that shapes the space.
Conceptual 3D Design
With the mood boards as our guide, we proceed to visualize your space, translating concepts into a coherent design.
Every element - layout, texture, and lighting is carefully considered to create a comprehensive three-dimensional representation. This phase allows the design to take form, providing a clear and tangible vision of the final space.
We begin crafting the details such as materials, furniture, lights, and décor—each element carefully chosen to breathe character and warmth into the space. We generally do two revisions of the 3D before finalizing the design.
Rendering & Working drawings
After the designs are reviewed, we move on to creating the final renders and detailed working drawings, where the space begins to come alive visually.
At this stage, we refine lighting, materials, textures, and colors to create realistic visual representations of the design. Rendering helps us understand how natural and artificial light interact with the space, how finishes appear in real conditions, and how every element works together as a whole. These detailed visuals allow us and our clients to experience the mood, depth, and atmosphere of the design before execution, ensuring clarity and confidence in every decision.
Once this is complete, we prepare a comprehensive project quotation, following which the execution phase begins on site.

Execution & Handover
During the execution phase, we begin on site with tape markings to understand the true scale and proportions of the space, allowing for any necessary refinements before installation. Simultaneously, material samples are prepared and finalized for approval. Once confirmed, a detailed work schedule is shared with the client and on-site execution begins.
To ensure precision and consistency, most materials are
pre-manufactured, reducing the chances of manual errors. Our skilled carpenters, with over a decade of experience, carefully bring the design to life with attention to detail and craftsmanship. With regular supervision and progress updates, we ensure a smooth transition from execution to final handover.
